Musadaq Zulqarnain is the Chairperson of Interloop Limited, Interloop Holdings & its subsidiaries. He also serves on the board of Karandaaz; a not-for-profit organization promoting financial inclusion. He is also the President of Interloop Welfare Trust and Chairperson of Lyallpur Literary Council.

In recognition of his contributions towards generating employment opportunities and his philanthropic endeavors for the well-being of society, the Government of Pakistan has conferred upon him one of the highest civilian awards; Tamgha-e-Imtiaz.

Through his vision and commitment, he has successfully led Interloop over the last 33 years to become one of the world’s largest hosiery manufacturers and a full family clothing supplier, the largest listed apparel company on Pakistan Stock Exchange. Besides the flagship company of the group, Musadaq has established 21 organizations in Pakistan and abroad covering Logistics, Dairy and Dairy products, Packaging, Apparel, Health Care, IT & Public Service. Musadaq has training in Mechanical Engineering and an Honorary Doctorate from the University of Engineering and Technology, Lahore, Pakistan.

A social development enthusiast and philanthropist, Musadaq is actively engaged in nurturing the youth of Pakistan through education, women empowerment, sports, and cultural & literary activities.

Navid Fazil

Chief Executive Officer / Executive Director

Navid Fazil, a Founding Director and CEO of Interloop Limited, enjoys over three decades’ experience as an entrepreneur and has played a key role in developing Interloop Limited as one of the world’s largest Hosiery manufacturers, one of the top exporters of Pakistan, and a Full Family Clothing supplier to leading international brands and retailers. His strategic vision and leadership have positioned Interloop as a key player in the global textile market, contributing significantly to Pakistan’s economic development. Navid also serves on the Boards of Texlan Center (Pvt.) Limited and Interloop Holdings (Pvt.) Limited, and is the Vice President of Interloop Welfare Trust, engaged in numerous philanthropic activities across the country.

An electrical engineer by training and a Masters in Management from Oxford, Navid puts great emphasis on lean manufacturing, research & innovation, sustainability and workers’ well-being, setting high standards for ethical business practices within the industry.

A strong supporter of diversity, equity & inclusion, Navid is actively involved in many social responsibility programs and is part of the global Champions of Change Coalition; nurturing gender equality, women leadership, and respectful and inclusive workplaces.

Aligned with his passion for protecting the environment for future generations, Interloop has become Pakistan’s First Large Scale manufacturing organization to have its emission reduction targets approved by the Science Based Targets Initiative. Navid is also an avid farmer, and keenly follows developments in regenerative agriculture worldwide.

Muhammad Maqsood

Director / Group CFO

Muhammad Maqsood is a member of the Board of Directors at Interloop Holdings Pvt. Ltd. He is also the President/Group CFO Interloop Limited, Executive Director on Interloop Limited’s Board & CEO, IL Apparel (Pvt.) Limited. He is also a Member of the Boards of Interloop Dairies, IL Apparel (Pvt.) Limited, Texlan Center (Pvt.) Limited and Interloop Welfare Trust. With an overall experience of more than 25 years, Maqsood’s association with Interloop spans almost two decades. His current responsibility portfolio includes finance, taxation, yarn sales, and supply chain & logistics. Maqsood is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan & Institute of Financial Accountants, UK and trained at INSEAD on Strategic Financial Management in Global Markets.

Jahan Zeb Khan Banth

Director Interloop Holdings Pvt. Ltd.
Jahan Zeb Khan Banth is a Non-executive Director on the Board of Interloop Limited and contributes a wealth of strategic insight and extensive industry experience. He is also a member of the Boards of Interloop Holdings, Interloop Dairies, Interloop Welfare Trust, and IRC Dairy Products Pvt. Ltd. With background in chemical engineering, he has a strong record of success in his previous role as Director Technical for Interloop Limited. Almost three decades of illustrious tenure with the company, Jahan Zeb has led critical areas including maintenance of the plants, expansion projects, business process re-engineering (BMR), and the energy division. With over four decades of professional expertise, Jahan Zeb is a valuable asset to Interloop’s leadership team.

Tariq Rashid Malik

Director Interloop Holdings Pvt. Ltd.

Tariq Rashid Malik is a member of the Board of Directors at Interloop Holdings Pvt. Ltd. He is also one of the Founding Directors of Interloop Limited. As President Yarns & Sourcing at Interloop Limited, he is managing all procurement and sourcing activities of Interloop and looking after the Spinning Division. He is also a Founding Director of IL Bangla Limited and presently serving as its Managing Director, based at Dhaka, Bangladesh.
As part of his professional commitments, he travels extensively across the globe and is pursuing a sustainable procurement model where materials, goods, utilities and services are arranged in an environmentally friendly, responsible and ethical way. He envisions Interloop to continuously grow as a profitable entity, to scale excellence in Hosiery business and also expand in to non-textile sectors.
Tariq is an Economics & Political Science graduate from the University of Punjab, Lahore.

Shereen Aftab

Director

Shereen Aftab is currently a Non-Executive Director on the Board of Interloop Holdings and has served on the Board of Interloop Limited from 1999 to 2024. In the past, she has also been associated with Interloop Limited as Director Merchandising. She holds a Ph.D. in Immunology from the University of Manchester, UK, and is an MBBS Medic.
She is a self-taught artist working in acrylic and mixed media. She has a keen interest in animal welfare. She works with the Ayesha Chundrigar Foundation, which runs a large animal rescue center, among other activities. Currently, she is serving on the ACF board as Vice President.

Ghulam Mohyu Din

HOD Taxation

Ghulam Mohyu Din, with over 30 years of experience in taxation, accounting, and audit has been associated with Interloop since 1993 and has played a key role in shaping Interloop Holdings’ financial strategies. He has played a vital role in development of the group’s tax system, ensuring it meets regulations and operates efficiently.
As Senior General Manager Taxation, he is central to managing risks, planning taxes and financial strategies with the company’s growth. His strong understanding of tax laws has helped Interloop become more financially stable across its various businesses.
With a Master’s in Finance and a Bachelor’s in Commerce, he has also trained at the British Council, PIM, and ACE Consulting. Known for his integrity and leadership, Mohyu Din continues to drive excellence in taxation at Interloop Holdings.

Hammad Mahmood

HOD Finance

Hammad Mahmood joined Interloop Holdings in 2023 as the Senior General Manager and heads the Finance Department. With a solid 22 years navigating the financial landscapes of diverse industries, his expertise is pivotal in ensuring the seamless financial operations. His strategic financial insight extends beyond Interloop Holdings, as he also serves on the boards of Momentum Logistics and Octans Digital, the key verticals within the group.

Prior to making his mark at Interloop Holdings, Hammad honed his financial expertise as the Chief Financial Officer at Saif Power Ltd., a significant entity within the Saif Group of Companies. He has a strong professional foundation as a fellow member of the esteemed Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan.

Imran Akbar

HOD Project Management

With 27 years of professional experience, including 23 years dedicated to Interloop, Imran Akbar is a seasoned electrical engineer renowned for his project management expertise. His deep technical foundation, coupled with a strategic approach honed over two decades at Interloop, has consistently enabled him to effectively lead and optimize complex projects within the organization.
Beyond his work, Imran maintains a strong intellectual curiosity, with particular interests in cultural and religious discussions, including Islamic teachings and Urdu poetry. This reflects his pursuit of knowledge that bridges both practical application and deeper understanding.

Muhammad Faisal Naveed

HOD People & Organization
Muhammad Faisal Naveed is a distinguished HR professional with over 20 years of experience in Human Resources and Leadership Development, driving organizational change. He currently Leads the People & Organization Department at Interloop Holdings, strategic initiatives for people-centric growth and transformation. Besides Holding a master’s degree in industrial/organizational psychology from Punjab University, Faisal is a certified trainer for the “Train the Trainer – Problem Solving Program”. Faisal has also shared a professional platform with Dr. Robert Kaplan and Dr. David Norton of Balanced Scorecard forum in the UAE. His international exposure includes workshops on IR & HRM and sustainable lean manufacturing in Tokyo, Japan,. With a strong track record as a change agent, mentor, and thought leader, Faisal continues to drive significant progress within Interloop Holdings. He also participates in TCF, a non-profit organization, programs as volunteer.

Rana Ali Raza

Group Company Secretary

Rana Ali Raza is a seasoned expert in corporate governance, taxation and finance, with over 16 years of experience in corporate law, taxation, and advisory. Since 2014, he has served as Group Company Secretary at Interloop Group, leading regulatory compliance, governance enhancement, and strategic decision-making.
His career includes key roles such as Company Secretary at Punjab Oil Mills Limited, a PSX-listed entity, and Senior Consultant at GGI Geneva Group International, where he headed the Tax and Corporate Affairs Departments. He is a qualified professional accountant with memberships in globally recognized accounting and audit bodies, and holds additional credentials including Chartered Secretary (Pakistan), Certified Director (ICAP), an Advanced Diploma in Accounting & Finance from the Lexicon School of Business & Finance (UK) endorsed by the Institute of Financial Accountants, and a graduate degree from the University of the Punjab, Lahore.

With a strong foundation in corporate governance, financial strategy, and regulatory compliance, Mr. Raza continues to contribute to the growth and success of Interloop Group.

Zain Sadiq

CHAIRMAN Printkraft (Pvt.) Limited

Zain Sadiq is the Chairman of Printkraft (Pvt.) Limited and Vice President at Interloop Limited. He supervised setting up of Plant 4; Interloop’s cutting-edge LEED Gold Certified Hosiery manufacturing facility commissioned in 2018, and is currently looking after further expansion of Hosiery business by overseeing establishment of Plant 5, at Faisalabad. He started his professional career at Interloop Dairies Limited, one of the leading modern dairy farms in Pakistan, where he was the member of the core team responsible for project visualization and establishment of dairy farm.
Zain graduated with Bachelor’s Degree in Economics in 2009 from Davidson College, North Carolina, USA. Having interest in finance, he pursued the Chartered Financial Analyst Certification after college and became Level 2 qualified.

Iftikhar H Butt

CEO Momentum Logistics

Iftikhar H Butt is the CEO of Momentum Logistics (Pvt.) Limited – a wholly-owned subsidiary of Interloop Holdings. Iftikhar’s experience spans over a decade in Sales/Marketing and Business Management positions in the United Kingdom with companies like Travelex UK Limited and The Archive Warehouse Limited. Before joining Momentum Logistics, he was working at Agility as Director Commercials and was driving the business development objectives of Agility Pakistan, concerning sales, revenue and growth targets.
During his tenure at Agility, he has worked with various Fortune 500 companies on their Supply Chain models to bring efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Iftikhar Graduated as a Metallurgy Engineer from the University of Punjab, Pakistan in 2004 and later on pursued a Postgraduate degree in Technology Exploitation and Management from Queen Mary – University of London, UK. Iftikhar, a natural foodie who doesn’t look out for the quantity but quality of cuisine with immense love for the food.

Matloob Hussain

Chief Executive Officer IRC Dairy Products (Pvt.) Limited

With over two decades of experience in various sales and commercial positions within the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry, including Dairy, Beverage, and Ice cream sectors, Matloob Hussain is an expert in his field. His expertise lies in commercial strategy and portfolio management within the Pakistan, Turkey, Caucasus, Central Asia, and Middle East markets.
Matloob previously worked at the Coca-Cola Company for a decade in multiple roles, including his most recent position as Value to Market Director for the Eurasia Middle East Operating Unit. Prior to this, he held positions at Friesland Campina (Engro Foods Limited) and Coca-Cola İçecek. Throughout his career, Matloob has received several global accolades, including the RTM Future Leader, Best All Around Commercial Award, Revenue Growth Management Award, MENA Ovation Award Gold, and Platinum, among others.
He holds an MBA degree with a specialization in Marketing from the Institute of Management Sciences (PAK-AIMS) Lahore.

Mr. Nubair Misbah

Chief Executive Officer Printkraft

Nubair Misbah is a highly accomplished and dynamic business leader with more than two decades of experience in diverse aspects of business. His expertise spans a wide range of areas, including supply chain management, strategy formulation and implementation, budgeting, procurement, operations, manufacturing, environment health and safety, audit and compliance, engineering, and B2B sales and marketing.
In his role as CEO of Print Kraft, Nubair is responsible for overseeing the company’s overall operations and growth strategy. Previously, he served as Commercial Director and double-hatted as Supply Chain Director at Pakistan Aluminum Beverage Cans Limited, where he played a pivotal role in establishing a multi-million dollar company.
He held numerous roles in diverse international locations within British American Tobacco with the last being Regional Projects Manager – Asia Pacific based out of Singapore. Nubair holds a BE degree in Mechanical Engineering.
He is a flexible, innovative, goal-oriented and passionate leader who firmly believes in the sincerity of purpose, loves challenges, and is dedicated to teamwork and people.

Shahzad Qamar

Chief Executive Officer Interloop Dairies (Pvt.) Limited

Shahzad Qamar is the CEO of Interloop Dairies. He has over 25 years of professional experience in Corporate, Operations and IT Management. His educational background and earlier professional experiences in IT and management have served him well to work at Interloop Limited as Executive Director MIS.
His entrepreneurial spirit and passion for building something great proceeded him to the role of leading a new Dairy business line for Interloop Group. Shahzad has an attitude and approach to a philosophy that actively seeks change rather than waiting to adapt to change. His colleagues refer to him as ‘pragmatic influencer’ who can find order in chaos.
His management mantra is to provide an environment where everyone has access to the leader, can share their points of view without apprehension and understand their responsibilities. Shahzad did his master’s in computer sciences from the University of the Punjab, Lahore. He has traveled to major parts of the world for work-related assignments.

Yaqub Ahsan

Chief Executive Officer Octans Digital (Pvt.) Limited

Yaqub Ahsan is the Chief Executive Officer for Octans Digital Pvt. Ltd. He is a technology enthusiast and is keen on knowledge-based venture creation and commercialization of technology. Over three decades, Yaqub has worked with various multinational organizations in Pakistan, the Middle East, and North America and has been involved in multiple entrepreneurial initiatives.
He has held multiple senior-level technical and management positions at IBM, GBM, and other technology companies. Yaqub holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Engineering & Technology, Lahore, Pakistan, and a Master’s degree in Business, Entrepreneurship & technology from the University of Waterloo, Ontario, Canada.
