Manager Civil

Required Experience :	At least 8-10 years experience including 3 years of experience in a leadership role in Project Management of Civil Construction works / Construction Management for a large-scale manufacturing concern. PMP certification will be plus

Required Qualification :	BS Civil Engineer from recognized institute
Other Details :	(Skills & Knowledge) • Construction & Execution of Civil infrastructure works and PEB work. • Provide direction over contracts and subcontracts & Manage construction schedule and activities. Dealing & liaison with contractors /Architects. Oversees construction site, sub-contractors, and workers to ensure quality and safety. • Hand on experience of Primavera or MS Project and Structural Software Civil/PEB. Requirement Analysis skills, Risk Assessment and management, communication skills, strategic thinking, leadership skills and conflict management.
